Not to worry, online payment processing happens in two stages: Credit Hold Pre-Authorization, and the Final Charge. When the card is charged after shipping, the “pre-auth” will automatically disappear from your statement, even though it looks like a duplicate charge was made.

No, you do not have to enter another’s email address in order to purchase a gift card. You can enter your personal email address & then forward the email to anyone at any time.

It may take us 2-5 business days to process your order before we ship. We are not open weekends or holidays. Naturally, smaller orders ship faster than large ones. Wholesale orders can vary in processing time depending on product ordered and availability.

Yes, expedited shipping is available. But play it safe! If you have an event, wedding, or time-sensitive delivery, please contact Customer Service to arrange the correct shipping method for your order.

Yes, we can ship worldwide to any country, especially to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, & Puerto Rico. Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii are calculated at checkout, but all other locations outside the continental USA will need to get an international shipping quote approved beforehand, and then we’ll coordinate the rest!

Yes, all SuperMoss Mosses are 100% Real, All-Natural Moss. Our Preserved Mosses use non-toxic oils and dyes that are GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) for plants and animals, while our dried mosses are completely natural and preservative free.

Despite being incredibly lifelike, SuperMoss Preserved Mosses have been dried and/or preserved using our natural oils that are non-toxic to plants or animals, and are therefore no longer living. The preservation process permanently stops any drying, decay, or deterioration of the moss. This allows our Preserved Mosses to stay lush and vibrant for years to come, without requiring water or maintenance of any kind!

SuperMoss Mosses are preserved and thus do not require sunlight, as they are no longer living. In fact, if kept indoors and out of direct sunlight, they will stay looking lush and vibrant in your space for years to come.

Each product page has general tips on how much to use per square foot. The three most common mosses for walls are Reindeer Moss, Mood Moss, and Royal Pool Moss. Allow for 1 lb of Reindeer Moss per Square Foot, 1/2 lb of Mood Moss per Square Foot, and 3/4 lb of Royal Pool Moss per Square Foot.

The longevity of our preserved mosses depends on how it is handled and where it is used. Exposure to the elements such as the sun, UV light, and heat will cause color fading and shorten the lifetimes of natural products. Typically, the lifespan of preserved moss ranges between 2 to 10 years in ideal conditions. A preserved moss wall that remains untouched by sunlight, moisture, or human hands can stay looking lush and vibrant for years to come.

Color transfer and color bleeding may occur under certain conditions. Use caution to protect surfaces and fine finishes especially in high humidity conditions. Colors maybe be removed easily with standard cleaning solutions.

Our moss birdhouses and baskets have a woven preserved moss liner that doesn’t require any specific care or maintenance. They will last longer if kept out of direct sunlight and with some protection from the elements. They are made of moss, wire, wicker, and rattan. When left outside, the structural integrity will last for years, however, please expect the color to fade to a more natural green when kept in direct sunlight.

Our moss products are safe around large pets and all of our natural products contain no preservatives or dyes whatsoever. For pets in terrariums, we recommend our non-preserved and naturally dried mosses. The only product that we specifically do not recommend for pets is Wolfen Lichen.
